Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistan mobile number, choose a password and enter your name. Tick the age confirmation and click Create Account. Your account is active immediately — no email verification or waiting period. You can deposit and start playing within minutes of registering.

You must be 18 years old or above to create and use a 39pkr account. This applies to all sections of the platform — sports betting, casino, bingo and all bonuses. 39pkr may request proof of age at any point. Accounts confirmed to belong to anyone under 18 will be closed immediately.

No. Each person is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in closure of all associated accounts, with balances voided. If you have lost access to an existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support — do not create a new account.

Use the account recovery option on the Login page. You will need access to your registered Pakistan mobile number. Enter the number, follow the verification steps and set a new password. If you no longer have access to that number, contact 39pkr support with your account details so they can verify your identity and assist.

If you still have access to your old number and can log in, update your mobile number through Account Settings before the old number is deactivated. If the number is already inactive and you cannot log in, contact support with your name, old number and any other account information that helps verify your identity. The team will guide you through the number update process.

Multiple failed login attempts trigger an automatic security lock to protect your account from unauthorised access. The lock usually clears after a short waiting period. Try again after a few minutes. If the account remains locked, use the password reset option or contact support with your registered mobile number.

You can close your account at any time with no questions asked. Go to Account Settings and select the account closure option, or contact support directly. Any real-money PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your original deposit method after standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are voided on closure.
Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit is PKR 50. This applies across most payment methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa, though specific minimums may vary slightly by method. Visit the Deposit page for the current minimums for each option.

39pkr supports the following Pakistan payment methods:

All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically appear in your 39pkr balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Raast transfers are also very fast. Bank transfers can occasionally take longer — up to a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable period, check your transaction history and contact support with the reference number from your payment app.

39pkr does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your PKR amount arrives in your account in full. Note that your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. Check your provider's fee structure if you are unsure.

Yes. From your account settings you can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and prevents deposits beyond that amount for the period. Increasing a previously set limit has a mandatory waiting period built in to prevent impulsive decisions during a session. Setting a deposit limit before you start playing is one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available.

First check that the funds have not already been deducted from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank balance — if they have been deducted but have not arrived in your 39pkr account, do not attempt the deposit again immediately. Note the reference number from your payment app and contact 39pkr support. If no funds were deducted, you can attempt the deposit again after a few minutes. Try a different payment method if one is consistently failing.
Withdrawals

Go to the withdrawal section in your account. Select your withdrawal method — typically the same one you used to deposit — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals go back to your original payment method: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank account or card. Make sure your account details are correct before confirming.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually processed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Card withdrawals can take two to five business days to appear on your statement. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: an unverified account, a bonus with outstanding wagering requirements attached to the balance, a mismatch between your account name and payment method name, or an amount below the minimum withdrawal limit. Check your account status and any active bonus terms. If everything appears correct and the withdrawal was still declined, contact support with your transaction reference for clarification.

Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for larger amounts. This typically involves confirming your CNIC or passport. Having your CNIC ready in advance means there is no delay when you want to withdraw. Verification exists to protect your account and ensure withdrawals go to the correct person.

Generally, withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method is no longer available — for example, a closed mobile wallet — contact support to discuss the available options. Withdrawals to a method different from the deposit source may require additional verification.
Cricket Betting & Sports

Cricket is the main focus — Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches, one-day internationals and bilateral series are all covered with full market options. Beyond cricket you will find football, esports and other international sports available in the Bet section. During PSL season the cricket betting section is especially active with live in-play markets and match-specific specials.

Yes. 39pkr offers live in-play betting on cricket matches including PSL games and international fixtures. Odds update ball by ball during the match. You can place bets on outcomes like next wicket, runs in the next over, current run rate and match winner — all while the game is in progress. Your account must be funded before the match starts, as deposits during live play can occasionally take a few minutes to reflect.

Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches depend on the specific market and how much of the match was completed. Generally, if a match is abandoned before a result is possible, most match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is declared, the DLS result stands. Check the specific terms for each market in the Bet section for full details on settlement rules.

The minimum bet on 39pkr sports is PKR 10 for most markets. This is intentionally low so you can place small bets on matches you are watching without needing a large balance. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match — high-profile PSL finals and international fixtures have higher maximums than lower-profile matches.

Winnings are calculated based on the odds at the time your bet was placed multiplied by your stake. For example, a PKR 500 bet at odds of 2.0 returns PKR 1,000 (PKR 500 profit plus your stake back). Winnings are credited to your 39pkr balance automatically once the match result is confirmed and settled — typically within minutes of the final result for cricket matches.

Yes, accumulator bets (combining multiple selections into one bet for higher potential returns) are available. You can add match winner selections from different PSL or international games to an accumulator. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. One leg being voided — due to a cancelled match, for example — typically removes that leg and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is applied to your first deposit after registering. Create a new account, make your first PKR deposit and the welcome bonus is credited to your account according to the current promotion terms. Read the bonus terms carefully before depositing — they specify the minimum deposit required, the bonus amount and any wagering requirements that apply before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Progress towards meeting the wagering requirement is tracked in your account. Only real-money bets count towards the requirement — bets placed with the bonus balance itself may or may not count depending on the specific bonus terms.

Yes. Most bonuses on 39pkr have an expiry date — typically 7 to 30 days from when they are credited, depending on the specific promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account. The expiry date and wagering progress are visible in your account under active bonuses.

Yes. If you have received a bonus but do not want to meet the wagering requirements, you can forfeit the bonus from your account settings or by contacting support. Forfeiting a bonus removes it from your account along with any associated bonus balance. Only your real-money PKR balance remains, which can be withdrawn without any wagering restriction.

Yes. 39pkr runs regular promotions for existing players — reload bonuses, PSL season offers, free spins on selected games and VIP-tier benefits. Active promotions are listed in your account dashboard when you log in. The VIP programme also provides ongoing benefits as you accumulate points through betting and gaming activity. Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings. The Responsible Gaming section contains the deposit limit tool. Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap. The limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing one has a mandatory waiting period so the change cannot be made impulsively during a session. It is recommended to set your limit before your first deposit, not during a gaming session.

Self-exclusion is a tool that prevents you from accessing your 39pkr account for a defined period — six months, one year — or permanently. It is the right option if gaming is causing genuine problems. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. A temporary self-exclusion restores access automatically once the period ends. A cooling-off period is a short, defined break from 39pkr — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time your account is suspended and you cannot deposit, bet or play casino games. When the period ends, access is automatically restored. It is a less permanent option than self-exclusion and is useful if you want a short break to reassess your gaming habits.

The first step is to use the self-exclusion tool in your account to remove access to 39pkr while you get things sorted out. This removes the temptation to continue playing while you address the situation. Talk to someone you trust about what is happening — a family member or close friend.
