These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 39pkr. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out here. Any winnings generated on an account found to belong to a player under 18 will be voided regardless of when the winnings occurred. Deposited funds may be returned at 39pkr's discretion after verification that no fraudulent conduct was involved in the registration.
Each individual person may register only one account on 39pkr. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different payment method or any other variation — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
When you register on 39pkr you are required to provide your real name, a valid mobile number and any other details requested in the registration process. The mobile number you provide must be one you actively use, as it may be needed for account security verification.
You are responsible for keeping your 39pkr account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 39pkr will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 39pkr support immediately and do not continue using the account.
39pkr may conduct identity verification checks at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the platform. This process may require you to submit copies of identity documents. Verification requirements exist to protect the security of all players and the integrity of the platform.
Accounts that fail to complete required verification checks within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals paused until verification is complete. Accounts where fraudulent documentation is submitted will be closed immediately.
All financial transactions on 39pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not support accounts in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied to player balances.

Sports betting on 39pkr is subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time a bet is placed.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by 39pkr's system and appears in your bet history. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a connectivity issue or system error are not valid. Always verify your bet appears in the bet history section before assuming it has been placed.
The odds displayed at the time you confirm a bet are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds move continuously and the odds locked in at confirmation are final. 39pkr does not adjust settled odds after a bet has been confirmed except in the case of a palpable error — a clearly incorrect price that would not have been offered under normal market conditions.
Ball-by-ball markets, over totals and innings-specific markets on PSL and international cricket are governed by the full cricket betting rules available within the 39pkr sportsbook. In cases of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, markets that cannot be fairly settled under the reduced-over result may be voided.
39pkr offers various bonuses and promotions to players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, wagering requirements and expiry timeframes. These specific terms are stated when the promotion is offered and form part of the overall Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. A wagering requirement means that the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific bonus) must be staked a specified number of times on qualifying games or markets. The exact requirement is stated per promotion.
Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotions in a way that creates guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited on 39pkr. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances removed and may be restricted from future promotions or closed entirely.
Games available in the 39pkr game lobby — including slots, live casino tables, bingo and other titles — operate under the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. The platform does not modify game mechanics or outcomes.
Live casino games are operated by third-party providers and streamed in real time. Results are determined by the live game in progress and are final once the round is closed. Technical issues on the player's device or connection that result in a session interruption do not affect the validity of completed rounds.
Disconnections during an active game round do not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided if the round has been resolved and the result logged by the game provider's system. If funds are incorrectly credited or debited due to a verified technical error on 39pkr's part, the error will be corrected and the player notified.
Players on 39pkr are expected to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and will result in account restriction, suspension or permanent closure:

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for any reason including responsible gaming — may do so by contacting 39pkr support or using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly.
39pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance windows and occasional unplanned outages may affect platform availability. 39pkr is not liable for losses incurred as a result of the platform being temporarily unavailable.
39pkr is not responsible for losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not permitted under local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 39pkr is compliant with any applicable local rules and regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted, 39pkr's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's 39pkr account at the time the claim arises. 39pkr is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.
39pkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date noted at the top. Material changes that affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable, which may include a notice displayed on the platform upon login.
